The Quality Assurance Analyst is responsible for designing, implementing, and executing test plans to ensure the quality and functionality of MMIT's solutions and data. The QA Analyst works closely with cross-functional teams to identify defects, improve processes, and ensure compliance with industry standards. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a passion for delivering high-quality products.

Responsibilities

Develop, execute, and maintain comprehensive test plans and test cases for our solutions and client deliverables. Perform functional, regression, system integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure product quality. Identify, document, and track defects using test management and issue-tracking tools. Collaborate with Configuration Analyst, developers, business analysts, and product managers to ensure requirements are well-defined and testable. Participate in root cause analysis of defects and recommend process improvements to prevent recurrence. Ensure compliance with industry best practices and regulatory requirements. Provide clear and timely feedback to team on identified issues and potential risks.
Continuously improve QA processes.

Maintain and update test documentation, ensuring transparency and knowledge sharing.

Requirements

SHIFT TIMING: 6:30pm-3:30pm IST to support client and project needs. 3+ years of experience in software quality assurance or a related field. Strong understanding of QA methodologies and best practices. Experience with test case management and defect-tracking tools such as JIRA. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
