Quality Control (QC), R&D, process improvement, and SOP development
. The candidate will be responsible for monitoring production quality, developing and upgrading processes, and ensuring compliance with internal and industry standards.
Key ResponsibilitiesQuality Control (QC)
Monitor and ensure
product quality at all production stages
Conduct
in-process and final quality inspections
Identify defects, root causes, and corrective actions
Ensure adherence to
quality standards and specifications
R&D & Process Development
Participate in
R&D activities for process improvement
Develop and test
new processes, materials, or methods
Analyze existing processes and recommend
efficiency improvements
Coordinate with production team for
process trials and validation
SOP Development & Upgrade
Prepare, review, and upgrade
Production SOPs
Ensure SOPs are aligned with
quality, safety, and compliance standards
Train production staff on
updated SOPs
Maintain proper
documentation and version control
Audit & Compliance
Support
internal audits, quality audits, and certifications
Ensure compliance with
company policies and regulatory requirements
Maintain QA records, reports, and corrective action logs
Eligibility & SkillsEducational Qualification
Master's Degree in
Chemistry / Industrial Engineering / Quality Management / Related Field
Experience
3-5 years of experience in
QA, QC, or R&D
in a manufacturing environment
Hands-on experience in
process development and SOP management
Required Skills
Strong knowledge of
QC tools and methodologies
Understanding of
process flow, production controls, and documentation
Analytical and problem-solving skills
Good communication and coordination skills
Ability to work cross-functionally with
production, R&D, and management
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
