Job Description

As a Billing and QS Manager you will work along with the project team during
the pre-tender and execution phase. You will be majorly responsible for tendering, project cost control along with documentation related to project and compliance.

Specific Responsibilities

1. Preparing the Client RA Bills.

2. Quantity Surveyor (QS).

3. Preparing the Sub-Contractor/Sub Agency Bills.

4. Project Planning prepare Day or Month wise.

5. Preparing the Daily Progress Report (DPR).

6. Preparing the Bar Bending Schedule.

7. Monitoring at site as per planning.

8. Prepare quantity sheet from onsite data & drawings

9. Prepare bill of quantities (BOQ) & bills with item rates from tender

10. Prepare & process subcontractor bills

11. To take the measurement from the site engineer

12. Checking and certification of bills and invoices from vendors and contractors

13. Bill certification

14. Preparing reconciliation statement

15. HOD and Variation Sheet

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?30,000.00 - ?50,000.00 per month
