We are seeking a passionate and knowledgeable MERN Stack Trainer with 1-2 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js, and a knack for teaching and mentoring aspiring developers. You will design and deliver engaging training sessions, assess trainee progress, and contribute to developing training materials.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver comprehensive training sessions on MERN Stack technologies (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js).
Design and update training materials, hands-on exercises, and projects to align with industry trends and trainee needs.
Provide guidance and support to students, addressing their queries and helping them resolve coding challenges.
Evaluate students' progress through quizzes, coding assignments, and projects, and provide constructive feedback.
Keep abreast of the latest trends and advancements in MERN Stack development.
Requirements:
Strong proficiency in MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
0-2 years of hands-on experience in MERN Stack development or teaching.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly.
Passion for teaching and mentoring with prior experience as a trainer or mentor preferred.
Strong problem-solving skills to assist trainees with technical challenges.
Familiarity with version control tools like Git and deployment practices.
