Key Responsibilities

Design, build, and maintain scalable backend services using

FastAPI

Develop, test, and deploy RESTful APIs and integrations Manage containerized applications using Docker Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines for faster and reliable deployments Manage cloud infrastructure and deployment on Google Cloud Platform (GCP) Collaborate with frontend and product teams to deliver seamless features Optimize backend performance and ensure security best practices Participate in code reviews, architecture discussions, and documentation

Requirements

Strong proficiency in Python 3+ Hands-on experience with FastAPI (or Flask/Django with transition willingness) Working knowledge of Docker and containerized deployment Experience with CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or similar) Familiarity with GCP services (Cloud Run, Cloud Storage, Firestore, etc.) Understanding of REST API design principles and database interactions (SQL/NoSQL) Ability to write clean, efficient, and testable code

Good to Have

Knowledge of Firebase and microservices architecture Experience with Celery, Redis, or Pub/Sub systems Familiarity with frontend integration (Flutter, React, or similar frameworks) Interest in startups and scalable social platforms
