Job Description

We're looking for a Python Django Trainer to join our team, ideally with extensive project experience and a proven track record of effectively guiding and mentoring students. The ideal candidate should possess a deep understanding of Python and Django development, coupled with hands-on experience in managing projects. This role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to support and nurture students' learning journeys.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Curriculum Development: Design and develop training curricula, lesson plans, and learning materials focused on Python programming and Django web development. Training Delivery: Conduct instructor-led training sessions, workshops, and seminars in-person to impart knowledge on Python and Django concepts, best practices, and techniques. Hands-on Exercises: Create practical exercises, coding challenges, and projects to reinforce learning objectives and allow trainees to apply their knowledge in real-world scenarios. Assessment and Feedback: Evaluate the progress of trainees through assignments, quizzes, and practical assessments. Provide constructive feedback and guidance to help learners improve their skills and understanding.

Qualifications:

Proficiency in Python programming language. Strong understanding of Django web framework and its concepts. Experience in designing and delivering training programs or workshops. Patience and empathy in dealing with learners of varying skill levels. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (preferred). Relevant certifications in Python and Django development (desired). Prior experience in software development or web application development (an advantage).
