Roles and Responsibilities
A candidate with efficiency in writing reusable and efficient code with design and implementation of a low-latency, high-availability performant application.
Expert in python and with knowledge of at least one Python web framework as Django/Django REST (Flask, etc. will be appreciated).
Implementation of security and data protection.
Integration of data storage solutions.
Understanding of the threading limitations of Python and multi-process architecture. Basic understanding of front-end technologies. Understanding of accessibility and security compliance (depending on the specific project).
Knowledge of user authentication and authorization between multiple systems, servers, and environments. Understanding of fundamental design principles behind a scalable application. Familiarity with event-driven programming in Python.
Desired Candidate Profile
roven work experience as a Software Developer of 3 to 6 years
Hands-on experience with Django, Django REST framework, Flask or FastAPI
Experience creating and implementing REST APIs
Familiarity with some ORM (Object Relational Mapper) libraries
Work experience with data modeling and feature engineering is a plus.
Good understanding of both SQL (MySQL, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL databases (MongoDB)
Basic understanding of front-end technologies, such as JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3
Good understanding of server-side templating languages such as Jinja 2, Mako, etc
A desire and interest to learn and work in the Docker ecosystem
Strong unit test and debugging skills
Proficient understanding of code versioning tools such as Git
Basic knowledge of cloud technologies like Docker, AWS, GCP, and Azure.
Linux system administration
Experience with TDD and the ability to write quality unit tests is a must.Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Regular / Permanent, Freelance
