Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Python Django Developer who is passionate about building robust web applications and APIs. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Python and Django, with a strong understanding of front-end technologies, databases, and web application architecture.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain web applications using Python and Django. Collaborate with front-end developers to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic. Develop and maintain APIs for internal and external use. Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability. Implement security and data protection measures. Troubleshoot and debug applications to ensure optimal performance. Write and maintain technical documentation. Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback. Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies.

Requirements

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

Experience:

1+ years of professional experience in Python development.

Technical Skills:

Proficiency in Python and Django framework. Strong understanding of front-end technologies, such as JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3. Experience with relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL) and ORM (Object Relational Mapper) libraries. Familiarity with version control systems, preferably Git. Knowledge of RESTful APIs and web services. Experience with Django REST framework is a plus. Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) is a plus.

Soft Skills:

Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication and teamwork abilities. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies and methodologies.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with front-end frameworks/libraries such as React or Angular. Knowledge of containerization tools like Docker. Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and tools. Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
