About the Role

We are looking for a skilled

Senior Python Web Developer

to join our growing engineering team. The ideal candidate will have strong backend development experience using

Python

, hands-on expertise in

Django / Flask / FastAPI

, and proven knowledge of

cloud deployment

and

microservice-based architectures

.

You will be responsible for building scalable, secure, and high-performance web applications, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to design modern, serverless solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain

Python-based web applications

using Django, Flask, or FastAPI. Work on

database design and optimization

for both

SQL (RDBMS)

and

NoSQL

databases. Implement

microservices architecture

and

serverless solutions

using AWS Lambda, API Gateway, etc. Ensure robust

cloud deployment

, automation, and continuous integration. Troubleshoot performance bottlenecks and ensure application scalability. Collaborate with front-end developers, DevOps, and product teams to deliver high-quality solutions. Write

clean, maintainable, and testable code

following best development practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Minimum

4 years of experience

in Python web development. Strong hands-on expertise in

Django / Flask / FastAPI

frameworks. Proficiency in

SQL and NoSQL

database technologies. Experience with

serverless and microservices-based architecture

(AWS Lambda, API Gateway, etc.). Cloud deployment experience on

AWS, Azure, or GCP

. Strong debugging, problem-solving, and analytical skills. Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
