Job Description

Key Responsibilities:


Design, develop, and maintain Python-based applications and systems.


Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other developers to create high-

quality software solutions.


Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices and coding

standards.


Troubleshoot and debug applications to optimize performance and ensure reliability.


Participate in code reviews to maintain code quality and share knowledge with team

members.


Develop and execute unit tests to ensure software quality and functionality.


Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to bring innovative

solutions to the team.


Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance as needed.

Required Skills and Qualifications:


Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent

practical experience.


4+ years of professional experience in Python development.


Strong knowledge of Python frameworks such as Django, Flask, or FastAPI.


Experience with front-end technologies like HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks

such as React or Angular is a plus.


Proficiency in working with databases (SQL and NoSQL) and designing efficient

database schemas.


Familiarity with version control systems, preferably Git.


Understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) methodologies, including

Agile and Scrum.


Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and in a team

environment.


Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with team

members and stakeholders.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
