Job Description

We are seeking a

skilled Python Django Developer

to join our dynamic development team. The ideal candidate should have a solid background in backend development using Django and a passion for creating scalable, secure, and high-performance web applications.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop, test, and maintain robust web applications using

Python and Django

. Design and implement efficient APIs using

Django REST Framework (DRF)

. Build reusable, maintainable, and clean code for long-term scalability. Collaborate with frontend developers to integrate APIs and user-facing elements. Optimize applications for performance, scalability, and security. Manage databases, including schema design, migrations, and complex queries (PostgreSQL/MySQL). Implement authentication, authorization, and data protection measures. Work closely with product, design, and QA teams to deliver quality features on time. Debug and resolve technical issues effectively. Participate in

code reviews

and contribute to

architecture discussions

.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

1-3 years of hands-on experience in

Python and Django

development. Strong knowledge of

Django REST Framework

and RESTful API design. Proficiency with relational databases like

PostgreSQL

or

MySQL

. Basic understanding of

HTML, CSS, and JavaScript

for integration purposes. Must have Strong DSA Skills. Good understanding of API authentication, middleware, and deployment pipelines. Familiarity with

Docker, AWS, or Heroku

is an added advantage. Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a team-oriented mindset. Candidates from

Delhi NCR

with

good spoken English

will be preferred.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
