Role Summary:

We are hiring a

Developer cum Trainer

with expertise in

Python and MERN Full Stack

to deliver high-quality training sessions and support students in practical project development.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct training in Python, Django, Flask, React, and Node.js Create and update course content, exercises, and assessments Deliver interactive in-person and online training sessions Mentor students and guide them through hands-on projects Track student progress and provide constructive feedback Stay current with industry tools and trends

Requirements:

1-3 years of hands-on experience in Python & MERN stack Strong knowledge of Django, Flask, React, and Node.js Excellent communication and presentation skills Bachelor's degree in CS/IT or related field Passion for teaching and mentoring Experience with e-learning platforms is a plus
