Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Python Trainer to join our team at CNR EdTech. This is a mid-level, full-time position located in Madanapalle. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4 years and a maximum of 6 years of relevant work experience. The Python Trainer will be responsible for delivering high-quality training on Python programming to our students, ensuring they are well-prepared for careers in the IT industry.

Qualifications and Skills

Proficiency in Python Programming (Mandatory skill)

Strong teaching skills and the ability to explain complex concepts in an understandable manner

Excellent problem-solving abilities with a logical and analytical approach

Exceptional communication skills for effectively delivering content and engaging with students

In-depth knowledge of data structures and their implementations

Solid understanding of algorithms and their practical applications

Experience with popular Python libraries and frameworks

Ability to create engaging and informative learning materials tailored to various levels of student knowledge

Roles and Responsibilities

Deliver high-quality Python training sessions to students in various formats including lectures, hands-on labs, and workshops

Design, develop, and update curriculum and teaching materials to reflect the latest industry trends and technologies

Provide personalized assistance to students to help them overcome learning challenges and achieve their learning goals

Assess student progress through examinations, assignments, and projects, providing constructive feedback

Collaborate with other trainers and staff to ensure consistency and quality in training delivery

Maintain a positive and productive learning environment for students

Stay updated with the latest developments in Python programming and the IT industry to continually enhance training content

Assist in organizing and conducting special training events, hackathons, and other student engagement activities
