Deliver up to 200 hours of training per batch (70-75 students per batch).
Use real-world examples, tools, and projects to make learning practical.
Collaborate with college faculty to align training with the curriculum.
Conduct mock tests, coding assessments, and project evaluations to prepare students for recruiters.
Track student attendance, progress, and skill gaps, and share reports with the program manager.
Continuously update training content to match industry trends and recruiter expectations.
Who We're Looking For:
Required Technical Skills
Advanced Python:
Expert knowledge of decorators, generators, and async programming.
Web Frameworks:
Proficiency in Django, Flask, or FastAPI.
Data Tools:
Solid understanding of Pandas and NumPy for data-centric roles.
Tools & DevOps:
Mastery of Git/GitHub, Docker, and virtual environments.
Preferred Qualifications
Industry Experience:
3+ years as a Python Developer or Software Engineer.
Teaching Experience:
Prior experience in corporate training, bootcamps, or academic environments.
