Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced Full-Time Technical Trainer with a minimum of 2 years of training experience to lead our technical training initiatives focused on C, C++, Java and Python programming languages. The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background and the ability to effectively communicate complex concepts to students. This role requires expertise in software development, excellent presentation skills, and the capability to produce comprehensive training reports. Responsibilities: - Develop and deliver comprehensive technical training modules for students, emphasizing C, C++, Java and Python programming languages. - Design engaging training sessions that cover programming fundamentals, advanced concepts, frameworks, and real-world applications. - Use a variety of teaching methods, including hands-on coding exercises, interactive workshops, and practical projects. - Assess the progress and performance of students through coding assignments, projects, and coding challenges. - Provide personalized guidance and feedback to students, helping them grasp technical concepts and develop coding skills. - Collaborate with curriculum designers to ensure training materials align with industry trends and best practices. - Create detailed training reports that outline training objectives, content covered, methodologies, and outcomes. - Highlight students\' progress, achievements, and coding capabilities in the training reports. - Demonstrate flexibility by being open to travel and stay at various locations as required for training sessions. Qualifications: - Bachelor\'s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. - Minimum of 2 years of experience as a technical trainer or software developer with expertise in C, C++, Java and Python. - Strong proficiency in C, C++, Java and Python programming languages, including knowledge of libraries, frameworks, and best practices.
