Education Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field or higher with minimum 3 years of relevant experience.



Position Description:

Should be technically strong in Python & Oracle /SQL Database and have excellent debugging


and analytical skills.

Good to have ServiceNow / UIPath knowledge.

Have worked on creating new Automations.

Should be a quick learner and upskill new technology based on project needs.

Should have effective communication skills.

Should be able to do root cause analysis within SLA.

Your future duties and responsibilities

Be proactive and understand the business functionality.

Should be well versed with coding standards

Participate in code Walkover /Review meetings.

Take the ownership of the tasks and need to work independently.

Should coordinate with stake holders for any issue resolution as needed

Able to understand the complete workflow of the Application.

Able to handle complex situations and reduce the business impact with minimum downtime.

Create support documentation.

Proactively identify any performance issues and recommend resolution.

Ensure all incident tickets are resolved within SLA.
