Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced

Python Programmer

with strong expertise in software development and applied

Machine Learning (ML)

. The ideal candidate should have a solid programming foundation, hands-on ML project experience, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop, optimize, and maintain Python-based applications and solutions. Design and implement ML models, algorithms, and pipelines for real-world use cases. Work with large datasets: data cleaning, preprocessing, and feature engineering. Deploy ML models into production environments (APIs, cloud, or on-premises). Collaborate with data scientists, developers, and product teams to integrate ML capabilities into products. Optimize code for performance, scalability, and reliability. Stay updated with the latest trends in Python development, AI/ML tools, and frameworks.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Strong Python programming

skills (object-oriented design, data structures, debugging) & 5+ years of experience is a must.

2-3 years of ML experience

including supervised/unsupervised learning, deep learning, and NLP. Hands-on experience with

ML/DL frameworks

such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, Keras. Proficiency in

data handling & analysis

(NumPy, Pandas, SQL). Experience in

model deployment

(Flask/FastAPI, Docker, REST APIs, cloud platforms). Knowledge of

MLOps practices

(CI/CD, monitoring, versioning) is a plus. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.

Good to Have:

Experience with

big data tools

(Spark, Hadoop). Familiarity with

cloud platforms

(AWS, Azure, GCP). Exposure to AI/ML applications in SaaS or product-based companies.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
