We are seeking a highly skilled Python Engineer to design, build, and operate the backend systems that power cloud, telecom, and AI platforms. The role focuses on building scalable APIs, containerized microservices, CI/CD pipelines, and production-grade cloud systems that support real-world, mission-critical enterprise deployments.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain backend services using Python and FastAPI. Build secure, scalable REST APIs and integration layers Package, test, and deploy production-ready services Implement CI/CD pipelines and Git workflows Containerize and deploy services using Docker and Kubernetes Ensure system reliability through testing, monitoring, and automation Work closely with frontend, cloud, and product teams to deliver end-to-end solutions

Must Have Skills

Strong experience in Python backend and packaging, including FastAPI, async patterns, type hints, Poetry/Pip, virtual environments, and wheels Proven ability in API integration, including REST/JSON, error handling, pagination, and retries Hands-on experience with Git and GitLab, including branching workflows, code reviews, and CI/CD pipelines Strong knowledge of containers and orchestration, including Docker, Kubernetes, Helm or Kustomize, and multi-stage builds Experience in testing and code quality, including pytest, coverage, linters, automated tests, and refactoring

Good To Have Skills

Frontend development using TypeScript and Vue 3 with SPA architecture Observability using OpenTelemetry, structured logging, and metrics or distributed tracing Task queues and job orchestration such as Celery, RQ, APScheduler, including resumable and idempotent workflows Virtualization and VM tooling, including hypervisor APIs and virtual machine lifecycle management * PostgreSQL with SQLAlchemy, including schema design and database migration
