Key Responsibilities



AI & Technical Excellence:

Lead or contribute to AI-related initiatives, including model integration, prompt engineering, and context engineering.

Research, evaluate, and introduce cutting-edge AI tools and frameworks to enhance team capability.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

Work closely with cross-domain partners (Product, Data, Design, Operations) to achieve globally optimal outcomes.

Provide and receive constructive feedback to continuously improve team performance.

Continuous Growth & Ownership:

Take full ownership of problems from discovery to delivery.

Expand beyond core development into product design, data analysis, or system architecture.

Actively share knowledge, mentor peers, and contribute to building a learning culture.

Problem Definition & Prioritization:

Collaborate with product and design teams to deeply understand business problems and user pain points.

Define, decompose, and prioritize problem statements instead of just taking requirements.

Solution Design & Execution:

Translate high-level architecture into actionable development tasks.

Design and develop scalable, maintainable, and high-performance systems.

Ensure architectural decisions optimize for business value, performance, and cost.



Required Skills & Qualifications:

3+ years of professional software development experience.

Proven experience with structured prompt driven development.

Strong engineering skills in Node.js, Python, or equivalent.

Proficiency in prompt engineering and context engineering for AI-assisted development.

Solid understanding of system design, architecture trade-offs, and performance optimization.

Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions and measurable hypotheses.

Experience with CI/CD pipelines, cloud platforms (AWS / GCP / Azure), and test-driven development.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills -- able to align diverse stakeholders toward a shared goal.

Highly self-driven, adaptable, and eager to learn new technologies and domains.



Preferred / Nice-to-Have Skills

Experience with GCP services (Pub/Sub, BigQuery, Cloud Functions, Cloud Run, Kubernetes).

Familiarity with event-driven and evolutionary architecture principles.

Experience applying AI tools in daily development workflows.
