Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Lead Developer to guide our engineering team in building scalable, high-performance full-stack applications. The ideal candidate will combine deep technical expertise in Python, Node.js, frontend technologies, and database systems with strong leadership abilities to drive project success and mentor team members.
Key Responsibilities

• Architect and design robust, scalable full-stack solutions using Python, Node.js, and modern frontend frameworks

• Lead code reviews and establish coding standards and best practices across the team.

• Make critical technical decisions regarding system architecture, technology stack, and development approaches

• Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide innovative solutions

• Ensure code quality, performance optimization, and security best practices are maintained

• Mentor and coach junior and mid-level developers, fostering their professional growth

• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions

• Foster a culture of continuous learning and innovation

• Estimate project timelines, identify risks, and manage technical debt

• Ensure projects are delivered on time and meet quality standards

Requirements
Technical Expertise

• Python: 5+ years of professional experience with Python 3.x, including expertise in frameworks such as Django, Flask, or FastAPI

• Node.js: 3+ years of experience with Node.js and frameworks like Express.js, NestJS, or Koa

• API Development: Experience building and maintaining RESTful APIs, GraphQL services, and WebSocket implementations

• JavaScript/TypeScript: Expert-level proficiency in modern JavaScript (ES6+) and TypeScript

• Frontend Frameworks: Strong experience with React, Vue.js, or Angular

• Database Systems: Strong knowledge of both SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB, Redis, Cassandra) databases

• Database Design: Expertise in data modeling, normalization, indexing strategies, and query optimization

• Version Control: Expert-level Git usage and branching strategies

Additional Technical Skills

• Understanding of microservices architecture and distributed systems

• Experience with containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes)

• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices

• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS or Azure)

• Experience with data processing libraries (Pandas, NumPy) and ETL pipelines

• Proven experience leading development teams

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking abilities

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field

• Experience with data engineering or machine learning pipelines
