Job Description

We are looking for a highly experienced Python Lead to drive architecture, design, and delivery of Python-based platforms supporting Data Science and analytics solutions. This is a customer-facing leadership role requiring deep hands-on expertise in Python engineering, scalable system design, cloud technologies, and team management.
Key Responsibilities:

• Architect and lead large-scale Python applications for data-driven platforms.

• Define software architecture, design patterns, and coding standards in Python

• Lead development using Django and Flask frameworks

• Design and deliver microservices-based systems with cloud integration

• Collaborate with data science teams to support ML/DS workloads

• Oversee CI/CD pipelines, containerization, and cloud deployments

• Act as technical point of contact for customers and stakeholders

• Mentor and manage engineering teams, ensuring delivery excellence

Requirements

• 10-15 years of experience with strong focus on Python engineering

• Deep expertise in Python software architecture and design patterns

• Hands-on experience with Django, Flask, and modern JavaScript frameworks

• Strong exposure to microservices, messaging systems, and distributed systems

• Experience with Big Data technologies such as Hadoop

• Solid hands-on knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD

• Cloud experience across AWS, Azure, and/or GCP

• Proven customer-facing experience and team handling skills

• Excellent communication skills with a grounded, delivery-focused mindset
