Job Description

DIGIT IT is looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Python Full Stack Trainer to train and mentor our students. The trainer will be responsible for delivering comprehensive training in both front-end and back-end technologies, fostering technical skills, and preparing students for real-world job roles.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Conduct classroom and/or online training sessions on: Core Python and Advanced Python Django or Flask frameworks HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript Front-end frameworks like ReactJS (preferred) MySQL or any relational databases REST APIs, Git, and GitHub Design engaging course materials, projects, and assignments. Provide hands-on support, debugging assistance, and code reviews. Conduct assessments, track progress, and provide student feedback. Guide students in building real-time projects and portfolios. Participate in placement preparation, including mock interviews. Stay updated with the latest tech trends and suggest curriculum upgrades.

Skills & Qualifications:

Strong command over Python Full Stack Development. Industry experience or 2+ years of teaching/training experience. Expertise in Django/Flask, ReactJS (added advantage), and database handling. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Ability to simplify complex concepts and maintain student engagement. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/IT or equivalent. Passionate about teaching and upskilling students.
