Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver structured, high-quality training sessions on

Python, Django, Django REST Framework, PostgreSQL, ReactJS, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS

. Guide students in building

real-world full-stack applications

through hands-on practice and project-based learning. Teach and demonstrate

REST API development

, authentication, testing, and deployment workflows. Support learners in understanding

Git and version control workflows

, ensuring they follow industry-standard practices. Evaluate student performance through assignments, assessments, and project reviews. Provide mentorship, doubt-clearing sessions, and career-oriented guidance to help students improve their technical and soft skills. Collaborate with the academic team to update and enhance the curriculum based on the latest industry trends. Ensure classroom management, maintain training quality, and promote a positive learning environment. Participate in training-related activities such as workshops, bootcamps, and hackathons conducted by Offenso Tech School.

Key Requirements

2-3+ years of professional experience

in Python full-stack development. Strong expertise in

Python, Django, Django REST Framework, and PostgreSQL

. Hands-on proficiency in

ReactJS, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS

. Experience with

REST APIs

, authentication systems, cloud deployment, and related technologies. Good understanding of

Git, version control practices, and software testing tools

. Excellent

communication, presentation, and mentoring skills

. Ability to simplify complex concepts and engage learners effectively.
