Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced

Python Full Stack Developer

who can contribute both as a

faculty member

and as a

project lead

. This hybrid role is ideal for a developer passionate about technology and education, with a strong desire to mentor students and lead software development initiatives within an academic or training setting.

Key Responsibilities:As Faculty:

Deliver hands-on training sessions on full stack development (Python, Django/Flask, JavaScript, React/Vue) Develop and update curriculum, lab exercises, and assessments Mentor students on coding projects, internships, and career preparation Conduct workshops, code reviews, and debugging sessions Evaluate student performance and provide feedback

As Project Lead:

Lead real-world, team-based software development projects involving students or internal teams Architect and develop scalable applications using modern full stack technologies Oversee project timelines, task allocation, and code quality standards Collaborate with academic and administrative teams to build tech tools (e.g., LMS, portals, dashboards) Guide junior developers, interns, or student assistants through project work Maintain documentation and ensure best practices in development and deployment

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field 2+ years of professional experience in full stack development Strong command of Python and backend frameworks like Django, Flask, or FastAPI Proficiency in frontend technologies such as React, Vue.js, or Angular Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript (ES6+), and responsive UI Experience with databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB)

Preferred Qualifications:

Previous teaching or mentoring experience (formal or informal) Familiarity with edtech platforms and LMS integration Experience working with RESTful APIs and third-party integrations Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
