Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Python Fullstack Developer with 5+ years of experience in designing and building scalable applications. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Fullstack Python Development, Microservices, and Cloud DevOps Architecture, and will play a key role in building and scaling our product offerings.

This role requires strong problem-solving skills, the ability to work across front-end and back-end systems, and a mindset to deliver high-quality, secure, and scalable solutions.

Primary Responsibilities:
oSolve global-scale problems as an integral member of a world-class team

oDesign, develop, and maintain scalable backend applications and microservices in Python (Django/Flask).

oDevelop REST services in Python and integrate them into cloud-based architecture (AWS preferred).

oCollaborate with Product, QA, and Customer Success teams to deliver secure, maintainable, and user-friendly solutions.

oCoordinate with frontend (Next.js/React/Typescript) and backend (DB, models) teams to deliver end-to-end features.

oWork with relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and optimize query performance.

oWrite automation scripts and adopt tools/processes to improve performance, security, and scalability.

oParticipate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and contribute to continuous delivery of features.

oAnalyze existing codebase and data flows to refactor for improved reliability and efficiency.

Required Skills:

o5+ years of experience in Python Fullstack Development

oExperience in Microservices architecture, with exposure to Docker/Kubernetes.

oProficiency in AWS (or other cloud platforms) for deployment, monitoring, and scaling.

oExperience with libraries like Google maps, JSON, SQLAlchemy, NumPy, Pandas, Matplotlib, other SciPy packages.

oExperience with Relational Databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and ORM frameworks like SQLAlchemy

oDeep understanding of data structures, algorithms, and REST API design.

oExpertise with Web frameworks like Flask, Django, and Web Servers like Gunicorn, Tornado will be a plus

oSkill in Kafka, Redis, Spark is a plus

Bonus Skills:

oDomain experience in Supply-Chain and/or the Transportation industry.

oExperience delivering a B2B SaaS product to production.

Qualifications:

oEngineering Degree in Computer Science, Computer Application, Information Technology or related field.

Pay: ₹1,477,860.27 - ₹1,743,343.68 per year
