About the Role:

We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated

Full Stack Developer

with strong expertise in

Python (Django/FastAPI/Flask)

on the backend and

React.js

on the frontend. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining web applications that are scalable, secure, and performant.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop robust and scalable backend APIs using Python frameworks (Django/FastAPI/Flask). Build dynamic and responsive front-end interfaces using React.js. Integrate frontend and backend components to deliver end-to-end web solutions. Collaborate with UI/UX designers and product managers to implement new features. Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability. Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code. Create and maintain technical documentation. Conduct unit and integration testing to ensure software quality. Participate in code reviews and mentor junior developers. Stay up to date with emerging technologies and propose ways to apply them to the product.

Requirements:

Technical Skills:

Strong proficiency in

Python

and one or more Python web frameworks (preferably Django or FastAPI). Solid experience in

React.js

, Redux, and component-based architecture. Proficient in

HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+)

. Experience working with

RESTful APIs

and

WebSockets

. Familiarity with

Databases

- PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB. Hands-on experience with

Docker

,

Git

, and CI/CD pipelines. Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) is a plus. Knowledge of testing tools (PyTest, Jest, etc.) and debugging practices.

Soft Skills:

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Excellent communication and collaboration abilities. Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. 1+ years of full-stack development experience. Prior experience in Agile/Scrum environments.
