Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Full Stack Developer with strong handson experience in Python backend and React frontend to join our dynamic engineering team The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing developing and maintaining scalable highperformance web applications while collaborating closely with crossfunctional teams to deliver quality software solutions




Key Responsibilities


Application Development


Design develop and maintain full stack web applications using Python Django Flask FastAPI for the backend and Reactjs for the frontend


Write clean efficient and reusable code following best practices and design patterns


System Design and Architecture


Participate in system design discussions and contribute to architectural decisions for scalable and robust solutions


Develop RESTful APIs and integrate them seamlessly with the frontend


Collaboration and Delivery


Work closely with product managers UXUI designers and other developers to understand business requirements and deliver high quality software


Participate in code reviews unit testing and integration testing to ensure code quality and maintainability


Performance and Optimization


Optimize frontend performance for responsiveness and scalability


Ensure backend services are efficient secure and performant under heavy workloads


Deployment and Maintenance


Manage deployments on cloud platforms AWS Azure GCP and ensure continuous integration and delivery CICD


Monitor and troubleshoot production issues to ensure high availability and reliability




Required Skills and Qualifications


Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science Engineering or a related field


6 to 8 years of handson experience as a Full Stack Developer or similar role


Strong proficiency in Python and at least one framework such as Django Flask or FastAPI


Expertise in Reactjs JavaScript ES6 HTML5 and CSS3


Experience in building and consuming RESTful APIs and working with microservices architectures


Strong understanding of relational PostgreSQL MySQL and NoSQL MongoDB databases


Familiarity with version control Git CICD pipelines and containerization Docker Kubernetes


Solid understanding of software development principles unit testing and Agile methodologies




Preferred Qualifications


Experience with TypeScript and Redux or similar state management libraries


Knowledge of cloud deployment AWS Lambda ECS Azure Functions etc


Familiarity with security best practices in web application development


Exposure to DevOps practices and API Gateway integrations
