Job Description

We are looking for a Python professional who can contribute both in development-related tasks and internal training activities. The candidate will be responsible for guiding fresh talent within the organization while also collaborating on real-time projects where required.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver structured training sessions on Python programming to internal team members / trainees. Develop, maintain, and optimize Python-based scripts, applications, or automation tasks as per project requirements. Create training material, coding exercises, and mini-projects aligned with industry standards. Conduct code reviews and support trainees in debugging and improving their projects. Track trainee performance and provide timely feedback for skill enhancement. Collaborate with the technical team to ensure training content matches current industry best practices. Participate in internal projects or client assignments when needed.

Required Skills

Strong hands-on experience in Core Python. Good understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) concepts. Experience in Django / Flask or willingness to learn quickly. Knowledge of REST APIs, basic SQL, and Git workflow (preferred). Ability to explain technical concepts clearly and confidently. Good communication
