Job Overview:

We are looking for a highly experienced

Django Backend Lead Developer

to join our team and drive the design and development of scalable backend systems. The ideal candidate should bring deep expertise in Django, Python, and modern cloud platforms like Azure, coupled with hands-on experience in big data processing using PySpark and Azure Databricks. This is a leadership role involving architecture-level contributions, mentoring junior developers, and ensuring end-to-end technical delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead backend development initiatives using

Python and Django

frameworks. Architect and develop

scalable, secure, and high-performing RESTful APIs

. Integrate and manage

Azure Cloud Services

for seamless deployment and scalability. Implement and optimize big data processing pipelines using

Azure Databricks and PySpark

. Work with

Delta Lake and Delta tables

for efficient data management. Collaborate closely with frontend teams, product managers, and DevOps teams. Conduct

code reviews

Qualifications:

Bachelor//'s degree in
