Job Description

Design, develop, and maintain scalable and secure server-side applications using Python, Django, and Django REST Framework.

Architect, implement, and consume RESTful APIs for seamless integration between front-end and back-end systems.

Design and optimize complex SQL queries and database schemas for PostgreSQL.

Implement asynchronous task queues using Celery with Redis as a message broker and result backend.

Write clean, testable, and efficient code following best practices.

Containerize applications using Docker for consistent development and deployment environments.

Collaborate with front-end developers to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic.

Participate in code reviews to maintain high code quality and share knowledge.

Debug and resolve complex technical issues across development, staging, and production environments.

Design, develop, and deliver comprehensive training modules on Python and the full-stack technologies we use (Django, DRF, PostgreSQL, etc.).

Conduct hands-on coding workshops, bootcamps, and interactive sessions for individuals and groups.

Create and maintain high-quality training materials, including documentation, presentations, code examples, and video tutorials.

Mentor junior developers and interns, providing guidance on code quality, design patterns, and career development.

Assess the skill levels of team members and tailor training programs to address gaps and foster growth.

Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure training content remains relevant and cutting-edge.

Pay: ?10,000.00 - ?35,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

Calicut, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
