Work Model: Hybrid Description Python Lead Requirements Bachelor\'s degree or equivalent work experience. Must have 8-10 years of experience in Software Engineering. At least 4 years of software engineering experience using Python. At least4 years of extensive experience in Agile & Scrum. At least2 years of client-facing experience. Solid understanding of OOP and/or Functional programming. Experience in the Design and implementation of extensible frameworks and services for 3rd party plugins. Done Development of cloud-native services in a microservice architecture. Build services that connect to SaaS platform APIs. Expert in Data-intensive service development, that can stream large amounts of data. Active on the usage and integration of 3rd party data solutions. Deep understanding of data management concepts including data, metadata, data schemas, data modeling, data partitioning, semantic modeling, type conversion, encoding, and large-scale data replication. Ability to mentor team members and be a good team player. Good familiarity with cloud providers (AWS/GCP/Azure). Familiarity with Kubernetes, and Docker. Familiarity with CI/CD tools (Jenkins/Harness). Familiarity with Microservices architecture. Job Responsibilities Design and implement key services that process billions of records. Implement and maintain best practices and coding standards. Working with relational and/or non-relational databases (Postgres, Redis, Amazon Redshift). Develop & design RESTful API-based Services. Develop & design micro-services architecture. Lead the effort of Delivery for the BackEnd team. Train other team members and uplift them. Customer communication. Jira Scrum board Adherence.
