Python Developer with Agentic AI experience

Join our Digitalization Technology and Services (DTS) team based in Bangalore.

YOU'LL MAKE A DIFFERENCE BY:

Designing, developing and maintaining backend applications and services using Python. Building RESTful APIs, microservices, and integrations with third-party systems. Working with Python frameworks such as FastAPI, Flask, or Django to develop scalable solutions. Writing clean, efficient, and modular code following software engineering best practices. Integrating databases (SQL and NoSQL), ensuring optimized queries and data workflows. Implementing authentication, authorization, and secure coding practices for enterprise applications. Developing unit tests, perform debugging, and ensure code quality through reviews and CI/CD workflows. Working with containerization technologies like Docker and deploy services in Kubernetes or cloud environments. Collaborating with frontend, DevOps, QA, and product teams to deliver end-to-end solutions. Optimizing application performance, scalability, and reliability. Maintaining proper version control, documentation, and architectural clarity. Staying updated on advancements in Python ecosystems, tools, and backend technologies.

JOB REQUIREMENTS/ SKILLS:

Strong proficiency in Python, with experience in backend or full-stack development. Hands-on experience with frameworks such as FastAPI, Flask, or Django. Solid understanding of REST API design, microservices, and asynchronous programming (AsyncIO preferred). Experience with relational and NoSQL databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis, etc.). Knowledge of containerization using Docker; experience with Kubernetes is a plus. Familiarity with CI/CD tools (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins, etc.). Good understanding of cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP. Strong understanding of software architecture patterns, code quality standards, and testing. Experience with version control systems (Git) and agile development methodologies. Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a collaborative environment.
