External Description

Design, develop, and maintain backend applications using Python and Django. Implement automation solutions to streamline processes and improve system efficiency. Integrate backend systems with Azure cloud services, including ADF and Databricks. Develop and optimize SQL queries and cloud database schemas to ensure reliability and performance. Build and manage RESTful APIs and microservices for scalable system architecture. Collaborate with front-end, DevOps, and data teams to deliver seamless integrations. Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve production issues, ensuring performance and security best practices.

Primary Skillset

Strong proficiency in Python and Django. Experience with Azure Data Factory (ADF) and Azure Databricks. Hands-on experience in automation scripting (Python/Shell). Expertise in SQL and cloud databases (Azure SQL, PostgreSQL, etc.). Understanding of RESTful API development and microservices architecture. Secondary Skillset (Nice-to-Have) Familiarity with containerization (Docker/Kubernetes). Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and Git-based workflows. Awareness of cloud security and compliance best practices.
