Role Overview:

We are looking for a smart, science-graduate Python enthusiast who can manage our internal tech systems and contribute to content development. This hybrid role bridges basic backend automation, tech support, and educational content creation for our growing student support platform.

Key Responsibilities:

Tech Support & Backend Automation:

Write and maintain Python scripts to automate internal workflows and data handling. Support back-office operations including student data processing, dashboard updates, and file/report generation. Troubleshoot and resolve basic tech issues for internal teams using tools like Excel, CRMs, and web platforms. Coordinate with external developers to manage platform updates and bug tracking.

Content Development:

Help create high-quality educational content in science and mathematics (class 8-12 or competitive exam level). Assist in designing solution sheets, quizzes, study plans, and explanations. Ensure accuracy and student-friendliness in content language and logic.

Must-Have Skills:

Strong Python fundamentals (pandas, openpyxl, requests, basic file handling) Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and automation scripts Science background (B.Sc./M.Sc. in Physics, Chemistry, Biology, Math, or Engineering) Clarity of written English; ability to explain concepts simply and accurately Problem-solving mindset and willingness to learn new tools and systems

Good-to-Have:

Basic experience with Flask/Django or APIs Familiarity with educational platforms (Khan Academy, BYJU'S, etc.) Exposure to LaTeX or scientific formatting Teaching or tutoring experience is a plus
