5+ years of experience in

Python development

, with hands-on expertise in

FastAPI, MongoDB, Docker, microservices and cloud platforms

(Azure/GCP) with exposure to LLMs and vector databases preferred.

Job Role: The

Python Developer will be a key member of the technology team, responsible for designing, developing and integrating application components using Python. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to build scalable and efficient solutions aligned with architectural requirements. The position requires a strong understanding of coding standards, problem-solving aptitude and a passion for developing high-quality software solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with product owners, business managers and development teams to understand requirements and deliver robust solutions.*
Develop, optimize, and maintain scalable Python-based applications and data transformation workflows.*
Participate in the complete software development lifecycle including analysis, design, coding, testing and deployment.*
Integrate and refactor existing application modules to improve performance and maintainability.*
Support new feature development, testing, and deployment in agile sprint cycles.*
Ensure code quality, documentation, and adherence to security and compliance standards.*

Required Skills:

Strong proficiency in

Python with experience in frameworks/libraries such as

NumPy, Pandas, FastAPI.*
Hands-on experience with

MongoDB or similar database systems.*
Familiarity with

Large Language Models (LLMs) and vector databases such as

Qdrant, Milvus or Chroma.*
Working knowledge of

Docker and

microservices architecture.*
Exposure to

cloud platforms (Azure, Google Cloud, or AWS).*
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to perform under tight deadlines.*

Desired Skills:

Experience with API integration, RESTful services, or data-driven applications.*
Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps workflows.*
