Job Title: Python Developer

Work Hours:

40 hours per week with

4-hour PST overlap (8 AM - 12 PM PST)

Key Responsibilities

Translate expert-defined workflows into

Python code

that accurately reflects business/domain logic. Develop

Dockerized environments

for reproducible configurations. Create and maintain

setup scripts (shell/Python)

for dependency management with proper version pinning. Build

reusable connectors, adapters, and serializers/deserializers

. Write

test cases and verification scripts

to ensure code reliability and idempotency. Rapidly learn and integrate

new APIs and open-source tools

as part of project deliverables.

Required Skills & Experience

3+ years

of professional Python development experience. Proficiency with

Docker

and

Linux-based environments

. Strong understanding of

RESTful API design

, data serialization formats (

JSON, YAML, MsgPack

), and error handling. Proven ability to

learn and integrate open-source projects quickly

. Strong understanding of

testing frameworks, CI/CD pipelines, and Git-based version control

.

Nice-to-Have:

Prior experience

contributing to or customizing open-source projects

.
