Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced

Team Lead - Python Developer

with strong expertise in

Python

and

AI/ML technologies

. The ideal candidate should have proven experience in leading development teams, taking client calls, managing end-to-end project delivery, and ensuring technical excellence. This role requires both hands-on development skills and leadership capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and mentor a team of Python developers and AI/ML engineers. Collaborate with clients to gather requirements, provide technical consultation, and ensure smooth project execution. Design, develop, and deploy Python-based applications and AI/ML models. Review and optimize code for performance, scalability, and maintainability. Ensure timely delivery of projects while maintaining quality standards. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to manage project timelines and deliverables. Troubleshoot, debug, and enhance existing systems. Stay updated with the latest trends in Python, AI, and ML to integrate innovative solutions.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. 4-5 years of hands-on experience in

Python development

and

AI/ML implementation

. Strong understanding of AI/ML frameworks such as

TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, etc.

Experience in REST API development, databases (SQL/NoSQL), and cloud platforms. Proven track record in leading teams and managing client communications. Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills. Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Preferred:

Experience with data preprocessing, model training, and deployment in production environments. Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, or other containerization tools. Understanding of MLOps practices.
