We are hiring a Python Backend Developer with hands-on experience in backend development. You will be responsible for developing APIs, improving backend performance, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.
The job involves fresh development as well as supporting existing projects and interacting with the customers to understand their requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and maintain backend applications using Python and frameworks like Django / Flask / FastAPI.
Build scalable RESTful APIs and backend services.
Work with databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, and MongoDB for efficient data storage and retrieval.
Optimize performance, reliability, and scalability of backend systems.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams for design, development, and deployment.
Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve backend issues.
Ensure code quality, follow best practices, and maintain a clean architecture.
Participate in technical discussions and contribute to improving backend system design.
Skills & Knowledge:
Hands-on experience with Python and backend frameworks (Django / Flask / FastAPI).
Strong understanding of REST API development principles.
Good knowledge of database management, ORM concepts, and writing optimized queries.
Basic understanding of asynchronous programming, caching, and background tasks (Celery/Redis) is a plus.
Familiarity with Git version control.
Exposure to AWS / Azure / GCP or containerization tools like Docker is an added advantage.
