Job Description

We are seeking talented and detail-oriented Python Django Developers to join our development team. The ideal candidate should have strong backend development skills, hands-on experience with Django frameworks, and the ability to build scalable, secure, and high-performing web applications. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to design, develop, test, and maintain business-critical software solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Develop, test, and maintain web applications using Python, Django, and related technologies. Build RESTful APIs and integrate third-party APIs/services. Write clean, reusable, and scalable code following best practices and coding standards. Work with databases (MySQL/PostgreSQL) including schema design, optimization, and performance tuning. Collaborate with UI/UX and frontend teams to integrate backend logic with user-facing elements. Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing systems or modules. Ensure application security, performance, and reliability. Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous process improvement. Produce technical documentation and maintain development standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (preferred). Strong proficiency in Python and Django/Django REST Framework (DRF). Experience with MySQL/PostgreSQL and writing efficient SQL queries. Good understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, AJAX, and JSON. Hands-on experience with Git, GitHub/GitLab, and CI/CD pipelines. Knowledge of API development, authentication methods (JWT/OAuth), and session management. Understanding of MVC/MVT architectures, microservices, and modular development. Ability to work in Agile/Scrum environments. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Preferred Skills (Good to Have)

Basic knowledge of Docker, or cloud deployment platforms. Knowledge of Celery, Redis, and background task processing. Familiarity with React, Angular, or other modern frontend frameworks. Understanding of security best practices (OWASP). Experience with performance optimization and scaling applications.
