Description
GlobalLogic seeking a Technical Support Engineer with 3+ years of experience, specializing in K2
Management and business process automation. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on expertise
in Active Directory, networking, and SQL, along with proven experience integrating solutions across
Microsoft platforms such as Active Directory, and SQL Server.
Requirements

• Design, build, and deploy business process automation solutions.
• Configure and troubleshoot K2 Identity Synchronization, Security Labels, Roles, and Claims-
• based Authentication
• Integrate K2 workflows with external systems such as SharePoint, SQL Server, REST/SOAP APIs,
• Active Directory, and enterprise CRM/ERP platforms
• Use tools like SmartObject Service Tester and K2 Management for testing, diagnostics, and

configuration

• Monitor and optimize workflow performance; troubleshoot runtime and deployment issues
• Apply Fix Packs and Service Updates to maintain and upgrade K2 environments
• Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT), production support, and post-deployment

troubleshooting

• Collaborate with internal engineering and product teams on complex escalations.
• Document resolutions and contribute to internal knowledge bases and customer-facing articles.
• Communicate professionally with customers through email, ticketing systems and remote

support sessions.
Job responsibilities

• 3+ years in a technical support role, ideally supporting enterprise customers.
• In-depth knowledge of Identity Synchronization, Roles, Security Labels, and Claims-based

Authentication in K2

• Solid understanding of REST and SOAP integration techniques
• Experience working with Networking, Active Directory, and SQL Server
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team.Strong

written and verbal communication skills, with a customer-first mindset.

• Ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously with attention to detail and urgency. Must

possess any graduation degree (Must have Provisional Certificate & Consolidated Marks
Memo)

• Must be willing to work from office & in rotational shifts (5 Working Days & 2 Week Offs)
• Must be ready to join immediately
