Key Responsibilities

Develop, optimize, and maintain

Python-based backend services

and APIs. Work on

agentic AI systems

- autonomous agents, workflows, and integrations with AI models. Implement, test, and deploy

AI-powered features

(LLMs, NLP, Generative AI). Collaborate with data scientists and AI engineers to

integrate ML/AI models

into production-ready systems. Ensure

scalability, security, and performance

of backend applications. Work with databases (SQL/NoSQL) and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure). Participate in

code reviews, debugging, and troubleshooting

production issues. Stay updated with the latest AI and Python ecosystem trends.

Required Skills & Qualifications

3+ years

of hands-on experience in

Python development

(backend & APIs). Strong understanding of

OOP, data structures, and algorithms

. Experience with

AI services, agentic AI frameworks, or LLM integration

(LangChain, LlamaIndex, OpenAI APIs, RAG, etc.). Knowledge of

backend frameworks

such as

FastAPI, Flask, or Django

. Familiarity with

RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and event-driven systems

. Experience with

databases

(PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or MySQL). Basic knowledge of

cloud platforms

(AWS/GCP/Azure) and

containerization

(Docker/Kubernetes). Good problem-solving, debugging, and optimization skills.

Good to Have (Optional)

Hands-on experience in

agent-based AI systems

or

autonomous AI workflows

. Exposure to

MLOps tools

(MLflow, Weights & Biases). Knowledge of

message brokers

(Kafka, RabbitMQ, Redis Streams). Experience with

DevOps practices

(CI/CD pipelines, GitHub Actions, Jenkins).
