We are looking for a Python Developer cum Trainer who can work on development projects and also deliver training sessions for short term interns. Freshers with strong Python fundamentals and a passion for teaching are encouraged to apply.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain applications using Python.
Work on real-time development projects and internal tools.
Conduct training sessions for interns on Python fundamentals.
Prepare training materials, assignments, and practical exercises.
Guide trainees through projects and resolve technical queries.
Evaluate trainee performance and provide feedback.
Stay updated with the latest Python tools and technologies.
Required Skills:
Good knowledge of Python and OOP concepts.
Basic understanding of frameworks like Django / Flask (added advantage).
Knowledge of databases (MySQL / PostgreSQL / MongoDB).
Understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript.
Ability to explain concepts clearly and patiently.
Additional Skills (Plus):
Knowledge of MERN stack (React / Node.js / MongoDB)is a plus
Prior training, mentoring, or teaching experience.
Good communication and presentation skills.
