We are seeking an experienced

Python Developer

to design, develop, and optimize scalable applications with a focus on

LLM-powered agentic workflows

. The role involves building intelligent systems leveraging frameworks such as

LangChain

and

LangGraph

, implementing multi-step reasoning pipelines, prompt chaining, memory management, and seamless tool integration. The ideal candidate will bring strong backend expertise, hands-on experience with AI frameworks, and the ability to collaborate across product, DevOps, and AI/ML teams.

Key Responsibilities

Application Development:

Build and maintain scalable Python applications focused on LLM-powered agentic workflows using LangChain and LangGraph.

API & Database Integration:

Develop RESTful APIs (FastAPI/Flask) and integrate with relational and NoSQL databases.

Security & Scalability:

Implement secure, scalable architectures supporting multi-step reasoning and dynamic tool usage.

Automation:

Automate workflows to improve efficiency and reliability.

Collaboration:

Work cross-functionally with product, AI/ML, and DevOps teams to deliver intelligent systems.

Code Quality:

Write optimized, maintainable, and well-documented code following best practices.

Agile Practices:

Contribute within an agile environment ensuring performance, quality, and delivery timelines.

Continuous Learning:

Stay updated with LLM frameworks, agentic patterns, and AI trends.

Standards & Compliance:

Ensure adherence to coding, architectural, and security guidelines.

Required Skills & Experience

6+ years of hands-on Python development experience

, with proven expertise in scalable, high-performance applications. Proficiency with

FastAPI, Flask, Django

for intelligent backend development. Strong understanding of

LangChain, LangGraph

, and building agentic workflows (prompt chaining, memory management, reasoning pipelines). Experience with

RESTful APIs

and integration across services/tools. Database expertise:

Oracle 19c/23AI, PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB

. Hands-on experience with

Docker, Kubernetes

for microservices deployment. Experience with

cloud platforms (AWS/Azure)

for scalable AI application deployment. Familiarity with

DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and Git

for version control. Knowledge of

asynchronous programming

and event-driven architectures. Strong debugging, performance optimization, and troubleshooting skills. Exposure to frontend frameworks (

React, Angular, Vue.js

) for full-stack integration understanding. Familiarity with AI/ML libraries such as

NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-learn, TensorFlow

. Excellent problem-solving, analytical thinking, and communication skills.

Preferred Skills

Experience in building distributed AI pipelines. Ability to integrate modern AI frameworks enabling autonomous agent behavior. Prior work with scalable, production-grade AI/LLM applications.
