We are seeking a Python Developer to build and scale backend services and APIs that support real-time delivery, order tracking, and logistics operations. This role involves close collaboration with product and operations teams to take features from concept to production in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Requirements
Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain backend services using Python and Django.
• Build, optimize, and maintain RESTful APIs for delivery, order management, and tracking systems.
• Integrate third-party services such as maps, payment gateways, and notification systems.
• Collaborate with product and operations teams to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Ensure high performance, reliability, and responsiveness of backend systems.
• Participate in code reviews, CI/CD pipelines, and deployment processes.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize application performance.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on experience with Python and Django.
• Strong understanding of REST APIs, ORM frameworks, and database design (PostgreSQL/MySQL).
• Experience working in startup or fast-paced environments.
• Ability to design and implement scalable solutions for logistics and operational workflows.
• Solid knowledge of data structures, debugging, and performance optimization.

Good to Have

• Prior experience in Supply Chain, Hyperlocal Delivery, or Logistics Technology.
• Experience with greenfield development or early-stage products.
• Familiarity with microservices architecture, Docker, or cloud-based deployments.
