Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled

Backend Developer

proficient in

Python

and

Node.js

technologies to join our growing fintech team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in building scalable APIs, microservices, and server-side applications using modern frameworks such as

Django, Flask, Express.js, Next.js, or Nest.js

.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain backend systems, APIs, and services. Write clean, scalable, and efficient code using

Python (Django/Flask)

and

Node.js (Express/Next/Nest)

frameworks. Integrate third-party APIs, payment gateways, and cloud services. Work closely with the front-end team to design and deliver seamless user experiences. Optimize applications for speed, scalability, and security. Manage database schemas, queries, and performance (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, etc.). Implement authentication, authorization, and data protection mechanisms. Participate in code reviews, debugging, and troubleshooting. Collaborate in an Agile environment to deliver projects on time.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. 2+ years of experience in backend development. Strong proficiency in

Python

and

Node.js

. Experience with frameworks such as

Django, Flask, Express.js, Next.js, and Nest.js

. Solid understanding of

RESTful APIs

and

microservice architecture

. Good knowledge of

SQL/NoSQL databases

(PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB). Familiarity with

Git

,

Docker

, and

CI/CD pipelines

. Understanding of

cloud environments

(AWS, GCP, or Azure) is a plus. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Preferred Skills:

Experience in

Fintech or Payment Systems

. Knowledge of

message queues

(Kafka, RabbitMQ). Exposure to

GraphQL

and

WebSockets

. Basic understanding of

frontend technologies

(React.js, HTML, CSS).
