About the Role:

We are building next-gen

AI-powered tools, automation solutions, chatbots, and financial applications

. We are looking for a skilled

Python Developer

with

1+ year of experience

who can contribute to developing scalable backends, integrating AI/ML models, and working with financial data pipelines.

You will work on projects involving

FastAPI, data processing, AI/ML, RAG architectures, and chatbot automation

, ensuring high performance, security, and scalability.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and develop

RESTful APIs & microservices

using

FastAPI + Uvicorn

. Work with

Pandas, NumPy, OpenPyXL

for financial data processing and automation. Implement

AI/ML workflows

including data preparation, training, and deployment. Build and optimize

RAG-based chatbots

and intelligent assistants. Work with

document parsing tools

like

pdfplumber, PyPDF2, Tabula-py, OpenCV

for automation. Develop and maintain secure authentication/authorization flows using

JWT (python-jose), bcrypt, cryptography

. Integrate with

MongoDB (Motor, PyMongo)

for scalable data storage. Collaborate with product and data teams to deliver

AI-driven financial tools

. Ensure code quality, security, and performance optimization.

Required Skills:

Strong experience with

Python (1+ year professional)

. Backend frameworks:

FastAPI

, Uvicorn. Data processing:

Pandas, NumPy, OpenPyXL

. AI/ML: Hands-on knowledge of

Machine Learning concepts

, model integration, and deployment. Advanced AI: Exposure to

RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), Chatbots, AI Agents, Automation

. Document & file processing:

OpenCV, pdfplumber, PyPDF2, Tabula-py

. Databases:

MongoDB (Motor, PyMongo)

. Security:

JWT, python-jose, bcrypt, pycryptodome, cryptography

. Configuration:

python-dotenv, Pydantic

for validations. Version control:

Git/GitHub

Nice-to-Have Skills:

Experience with

LLMs (Large Language Models)

, vector databases (FAISS, Pinecone, Weaviate). Understanding of

MLOps workflows

. Familiarity with

Docker, cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure)

Educational Qualification

:

Bachelor's degree in

Computer Science, IT, Engineering
