About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Python Developer with strong expertise in Artificial Intelligence (AI), Machine Learning (ML), and XML to join our team in Chennai. The ideal candidate will work on designing, developing, and deploying AI-driven applications and tools, integrating complex data sources, and building robust backend solutions.

This role requires strong problem-solving ability, ownership, and hands-on experience with AI frameworks and Python-based architectures.

Key Responsibilities

Develop, enhance, and maintain AI/ML-driven applications using Python. Design and implement scalable backend systems, APIs, and microservices. Work with XML for data parsing, transformation, and system integrations. Build and optimize ML pipelines, data workflows, and automation scripts. Collaborate with data scientists, AI engineers, and product teams to translate models into production-ready systems. Integrate external APIs, data sources, and third-party services. Participate in code reviews, architecture discussions, and best-practice implementations. Troubleshoot and resolve performance or scalability issues in production systems. Write clear documentation for code, processes, and architectures.

Required Skills

5-7 years of hands-on experience in Python development. Strong experience with AI/ML algorithms, model training, and deployment pipelines. Hands-on experience with XML parsing, transformation, and integration. Proficiency with AI frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, etc. Experience with REST APIs, microservices architecture, and Flask/FastAPI/Django. Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and system design. Experience with version control (Git) and CI/CD pipelines. Ability to work in an Agile environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
