Job Overview
We are seeking a Python Certified Corporate Trainer to join our team on a full-time basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering corporate training sessions in Bangalore and Hyderabad. This mid-level position requires a deep understanding of Python programming, training delivery, and corporate environment nuances. Candidates should possess excellent communication skills and be adept at curriculum development and problem-solving.
Qualifications and Skills

• Proficiency in Python Programming (Mandatory skill)
• Experience in Training Delivery (Mandatory skill)

• Excellent Communication Skills, both oral and written, to effectively impart knowledge to diverse audiences
• Solid Problem-Solving abilities to address and resolve student queries efficiently

• Proficiency in Feedback Management to continuously improve training delivery

• Deliver high-quality Python programming training sessions to corporate clients in Bangalore and Hyderabad
• Develop and update curriculum materials to align with current industry standards and best practices
• Assess the training needs of corporate clients and customize training programs accordingly
• Provide hands-on coding exercises and projects to reinforce learning concepts
• Evaluate trainee performance through assessments and provide constructive feedback
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in Python and incorporate them into training sessions
• Assist in marketing and promotional activities to attract new clients and participants
• Maintain regular communication with corporate clients to ensure satisfaction with training outcomes
