This role will predominantly focus on backend development in Python and C++, contributing to the design and implementation of robust and scalable software solutions. The SDET will also be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of our software through various testing methodologies. Responsibilities: Collaborate closely with backend developers to design, develop, and maintain high-quality backend components and services using Python and C++. Write, review, and optimize backend code for performance, reliability, and maintainability, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems and databases. Develop and maintain automated unit tests, integration tests, and performance tests to validate the functionality, stability, and efficiency of backend components. Identify and report software defects, working closely with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues in a timely manner. Contribute to the improvement of testing processes and strategies, exploring innovative approaches to enhance the quality of our software products. Requirements: Bachelor\'s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. Master\'s degree is a plus. Proficiency in Python and C++ programming languages, with a strong focus on backend development and familiarity with server-side frameworks. Proven experience in designing and developing backend systems, RESTful APIs, and microservices. Solid understanding of software testing principles and methodologies, including unit testing, integration testing, and performance testing. Familiarity with testing frameworks such as pytest, gtest, or similar tools. Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude towards identifying and resolving software defects. Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including developers, QA engineers, and product managers. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines is a plus.
