Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain

backend systems and RESTful APIs

using Python frameworks (Django/Flask/FastAPI). Collaborate with AI/ML teams to integrate

Generative AI models (LLMs, Diffusion, Transformers, etc.)

into products. Optimize backend services for

scalability, performance, and security

. Work with

PostgreSQL/MySQL/NoSQL

databases, ensuring efficient query design and optimization. Implement

authentication, authorization, and security best practices

(OAuth2, JWT, etc.). Containerize and deploy applications using

Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure)

. Contribute to

CI/CD pipelines

, automation, and system monitoring. Stay updated with emerging

Generative AI tools, APIs (OpenAI, Hugging Face, LangChain, etc.)

, and recommend adoption where relevant.

Required Skills & Experience

5+ years

of experience in

Python backend development

. Strong expertise in

Django / DRF, Flask, or FastAPI

. Solid understanding of

REST API design

, microservices, and distributed systems. Experience with

databases

: PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, or Redis. Hands-on with

Docker, Kubernetes

, and cloud services (AWS/GCP/Azure). Exposure to

Generative AI

: Using APIs (OpenAI, Hugging Face, Anthropic, etc.) Familiarity with

LangChain, RAG, vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, FAISS)

Basic knowledge of fine-tuning and prompt engineering. Experience with

CI/CD pipelines

(GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins, etc.). Strong problem-solving, debugging, and performance optimization skills.

Good to Have

Experience with

event-driven systems

(Kafka, RabbitMQ, Celery). Knowledge of

MLOps workflows

for deploying and scaling AI models. Familiarity with

front-end frameworks

(React/Next.js) for API integration. Understanding of

data pipelines

and ETL processes.
